Request a campusIt goes straight to the Limin team. We reply by email, usually within a day.

Make sure Location is set to While Using the App with Precise Location on (Settings → Limin → Location). Indoors, GPS can drift; step near a window or entrance and try again.
Still no luck at the right spot? Email us the quest name and your campus. We double-check every pin.
Check your spam or junk folder. University mail filters love to hide it. Codes expire quickly, so request a new one if it's been a few minutes. Still nothing? Email us from your campus address.
Every day at 5 AM Eastern. Unfinished quests from the previous day are cleared, and a new board is dealt.
Open Social → Passport. Tap your avatar to change your emoji, or edit your About Me. Name changes go through Account Settings.
Be kind, play fair, and stay safe. No harassment, hate, sexual content, threats, spam, or sharing anyone's private info, and no faking your location or farming tokens. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. The full list is in our Terms of Use.
Open their profile and tap Block. They won't be able to see you or interact with you, and you can unblock them any time from Social → Friends.
In the app, go to Social → Passport → Account Settings → Delete Account. Your account is removed right away. The same email can't register again for 90 days.
Can't get into the app? Send a deletion request from your campus email address and we'll delete it for you.
